What is a pastry lessons like?
The lesson is 4 hours, usually between 16:00 and 20:00, on the day you scheduled directly with Chef Raphaël.
During the lesson, you will learn the secret tricks and tips to succeed in the making of your favorite french cakes.
Do I need to bring something?
The lesson is ready for you to start, you do not have to bring anything, you only need your curiosity and best behavior, to learn in a fun and easy way.
All tools are already prepared in advance, and you can also order some tools before the class if you wish to have the tools of a professionnal, back home.
Do I get something after the lesson?
Of course the lesson is for you, that means you will go home with all the pastries that you made and the ingredients for it. Chef Raphaël will provide a proper packaging for all your sweets.
Who can book a class to learn?
Everybody is welcome in class to learn, if you are a beginner, professionnal, or to discover the work behind the craft of pastries making, you can come with families and friends are to try, we can welcome a group of 5 people maximum, for even more fun!
