Welcome to French Pastry Lessons!

An opportunity to learn the art of pastry in a fun and easy way. All are welcome to take part in the knowledge of a professional. It might be your first experience baking - or you could be looking to enhance your skills. These lessons can be tailor made for all ages, no matter your experience - Chef Raphaël is welcoming you.

Raphaël Macpabro has more than twenty years of experience, and has worked in New-York, France and Norway. His passion for bread and cakes are reflected in his work, which he started at the age of 14. After working with multiple french bakeries in Paris, he made a first journey of two years, with the company Maison Kayser, in New-York, and after a brief time in Paris, he came to Oslo and worked as head chef for Mendel´s and at the Hotel Bristol, where he decided to create his brand and share his knowledge with other passionate people.

The aim of the courses is to have a community of people, discovering or experimenting pastries and bread, for fun or as professional, chef Raphaël is here to help develop your pastry-making skills, as well as your capacity to control food waste and costs.

Discover the beautiful art of pastry and have a view of what is made in the back of the professional kitchen. After a few classes you will be able to prepare tasty and beautiful cakes that you will be proud to offer for your family and friends.
