Booking
To make an appointment for a pastry lesson, choose in the list below the type of class you want - after you proceed, we will find a time that works for you. Please note that there are no classes scheduled in advance, the date of the class must be arranged in collaboration with chef Raphaël. You have to send a request to get an appointment, before choosing the topic for the lesson. You can choose between, school activity, company consulting, pastry class at our designed location or home class at your place. Most lessons are held between 16:00 and 20:00-
For single or couples, this lesson is for all people above the age of 12.
Price : 1000 per adult

Adults can come with their childs, the class will be free for the child under the age of 13 y,o. The adults must pay for the class.
Price : 1000kr per adults + 800 per kids

This is class is a school activity for kids, we can organlze a class in your school, this pastry class will help kids to understand the fondamentals of a pastry chef skills.

This is for coffee shops, restaurant and hotels, who wish to have new ideas and creative concept in their menu. We can provide elegant and creative desserts, with simple recipes, process and food costs.
