1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all in-person courses organized by [Your Business Name], registered in Norway.
By booking a course, the participant enters into a binding agreement and accepts these terms.
These terms comply with relevant Norwegian consumer protection legislation, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and standard contractual principles.
2. Minimum Participant Requirement
Each course requires a minimum of four (4) confirmed participants to be conducted.
If fewer than four participants are registered:
The course may be rescheduled to a later date, or
Participants will be offered a full refund.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment.
3. Booking/Payment/Children fee
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
All prices are listed in NOK and include applicable taxes.
Are considered children, kids under the age of 12 or under 13 year of age, we consider a child eligible for the children price if the birthday is close as 30 from reservation and a confirmed booking with our system.
All other children past this schedule is considered above the limit of 12 and cannot pretent to the children price.
The booking made by subscribers, with membership are for subscribers with membership only. The access to the workshop is allowed to people with reservations only, and the only way to book a class for someone else is the gift card.
The access to the workshop live class will be refused to any person with the booking of a membership price, the deduction prices and benefits allowed to membership, can be suspended for a period of 6 months if the member is not attending the class and send someone else. Cancelation is your responsability, please make sure to attend the class.
In some cases, the price can be adjusted to the person remplacing the member if this one is not capable of coming to the class, and wish to offer the class to someone else. A proof of incapacity will be asked in this particular case.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations must be made at least three (3) full calendar days before the course date.
Cancellation 3 days or more before the course → booking may be rescheduled.
Cancellation less than 3 days before the course → no refund and no rescheduling.
This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness or personal circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Participants may transfer their spot to another person, provided the organizer is informed in advance.
5. Allergy & Health Responsibility
Participants are fully responsible for informing the organizer of:
Food allergies
Intolerances
Dietary restrictions
Medical conditions that may affect participation
All relevant information must be communicated in writing prior to the course date.
Failure to inform the organizer in advance releases the organizer from liability related to allergic reactions or health issues.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if necessary health information has not been disclosed.
6. Organize Cancellation
The organizer may cancel or reschedule a course in the event of:
Insufficient participants (less than 4)
Illness
Force majeure (events beyond reasonable control)
Safety concerns
In such cases, participants will receive either:
A full refund, or
A transfer to a new course date.
The organizer is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or other indirect expenses.
7. Intellectual Property
All recipes, techniques, materials, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].
Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Limitation
Participants attend the course at their own risk.
The organizer is liable only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, in accordance with Norwegian law.
The organizer is not responsible for:
Personal belongings
Minor injuries inherent to practical kitchen work
Indirect financial losses
9. Third-Party Platforms (Including Truestory)
For bookings made through third-party platforms (including Truestory), the same cancellation and participation terms apply as stated above.
By booking via such platforms, the participant accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
If third-party platform policies differ, these Terms & Conditions shall govern the course participation itself.
10. Acceptance
By completing a booking, the participant confirms having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
11. Promotions and Refunds
All promotions have their own rules and have to be red through to insure eligibility and fulfilled requirements.
Specific price cannot be negociated, under any circontances.
Refunds can be requested by e-mail and are studied before any decision is made.
All customer s are adviced to make sure they can attend the class or any other services provided by Pastry Models, and have to be in possibility of cancelling their own reservations, pastry models do not assume the cancelation unless it is clearly notified by e-mail to the pastrymodels@gmail.com.
